Upcoming: Steppenwolf Teen Playwriting workshop

I’ve mastered the art of ~facilitation hands~.

Next month, I’ll be leading a free playwriting workshop for Chicagoland teens at Steppenwolf Theatre!

Lean into your personal style of storytelling, get some tips and tricks, and generate some of your own material. Teens are my FAVORITE group to teach playwriting to, so we will no doubt have some big ideas and big laughs as we dive head-first into how our unique points-of-view show up in our writing.

Steppenwolf for Young Adults’ Step-In Workshops offer teens from all over Chicago the chance to participate in hands-on theatre workshops alongside some of the most exciting theatre artists working in the city right now. Fun Fact: I had the privilege of working as a Teaching Artist at Steppenwolf for two seasons before I took on my current position as Director of Education at Court Theatre!

4:30pm - 6:30pm
In-person at The Loft @ Steppenwolf (1646 N. Halsted St).
